MEET THE DOCTOR
Doctor of Chiropractic
Heather Escobar, DC
After a low back injury inspired her to leave her career as a CPA in Boston, Dr Heather went to chiropractic school to begin a lifelong learning journey to help people with their own healing challenges. Over the next 20 years, she has practiced in different settings such as nonprofit public outreach facility, solo private practice, collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners in a group, in a corporate setting, and in concierge medicine all over the country, acquiring a diverse outlook on treatment needs and protocols. She continues to be fascinated by the ability of the body to heal and function at its best.
She helps people through low-force chiropractic adjusting techniques. Her focus is on restoring communication throughout the body, healing related soft tissue injury (dysfunction), and teaching people how to take care of their body through exercise, posture and movement habits. She also recommends other lifestyle changes to reduce stress and inflammation which can help immensely with calming down the body’s alarm systems. She utilizes both hands-on and instrument-assisted adjusting techniques.
Dr Heather and her family were excited to have the opportunity to return to New England and moved to New Hampshire in 2021. She and her husband can be found chasing their kids at a local soccer field, horse barn, or nature trail.
